The Chef 

My name is Ethan Garver. I've been cooking bread, cake and pastry since the age of 3. But it really started at age four when I was allowed to play with knives and fire(the stove). I started this business to pursue of my love of pastry. 

ingredients

We don't cheap out on bad chocolate or the fake vanilla and if I did I would cry myself to sleep.  My chocolate cake uses more than 1 pound of Callebaut chocolate.  All our pastry uses high fat French butter.

Croissants

My croissants take 30 hours to make.

They can only be picked up on Sunday.  Delivery available for Wolftrap Meadows neighborhood.

Fillings:  chocolate cherry, chocolate, pistachio, pistachio cherry  (can customize)
